Nakashima desk - a homage to the late master of the craft, George Nakashima's conoid desk. The contrast of weights distribution, of straight lines and curves, of squarish modern design and live edge table top. Huge one piece walnut top with brass dovetail joint. Legs and drawers mainly with walnut, hand tuned brass handles and engineered wood board. Due to mostly walnut construction, it is very solid and quite heavy, but surely will last many lifetimes. Very unique piece cause large walnut top is hard to come by and this design require days of detail hand works.
